About Milltek Exhaust Systems
Milltek Sport has been in the exhaust business for 20 years, with the brand initially focusing on German automobiles built by companies such as Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche and BMW. Based in the U.K., Milltek has gradually expanded its product lineup to cover a much wider range of brands. The company offers the original purchaser a lifetime warranty against exhaust system corrosion or manufacturing defects.
Euro-focus
Given that Milltek Sport is first and foremost a performance exhaust company concerned with the European market, it is no surprise that many of the company’s products are targeted at automobiles which are not necessarily available in the United States. However, Milltek does see component crossover for automobiles which have a devoted following on both sides of the Atlantic.
High Performance
Milltek is doesn’t build OEM-replacement exhaust systems – the company is about pure performance, which means that each of its systems has been designed to take advantage of the individual characteristics of a specific vehicle’s motor. All systems are built out of 304 stainless steel using mandrel bends, and they are also designed to reduce the overall weight of an automobile’s exhaust system from front to back. In general, Milltek predicts an 8 to 10 percent increase in power production after the installation of one of its complete systems.
